Food as Medicine • Tufts Magazine

In 2024, I created this editorial illustration for the Tufts Magazine. The article discussed using food and nutrition as medicine, an approach that the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition is working to integrate into health care. The final design features a person whose home medicine cabinet is stuffed with vibrant produce.

Initial sketches

In the beginning, we explored two ideas: the medicine cabinet idea and a food capsule bursting with fresh produce. It was exciting to explore different ideas for the piece and to hear the feedback from the team.
